JOB SUMMARY:

- Salary: Up to £23000 per annum + bonus + benefitsREF: 8990Our client, a fantastic organization based in Maidenhead, is looking for a bright and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their team and be the main point of contact for day to day enquiries, provide excellent customer service and admin support, produce quotes and very occasionally assist in the warehouse helping to pack orders.
Up to £23k plus bonus and excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, company pension, company shares after qualifying period and free onsite parking.
- Process customer orders accurately and on time
- Respond quickly to quote requests, upsell additional products and provide the product information to enable the customer to make an informed decision
- Follow up on outstanding quotes
- Ensure that relationships with new and existing customers are developed and maximize business potential
- Educate the customer on products and provide solutions to their needs
- Manage the returns process, ensure that the product is booked in quickly
- Manage customer complaints effectively through clear communication and actions
- Assist in the warehouse with pick and pack and inbound deliveries
- Experience within a Customer Service role
- Order processing on an ERP system or familiarity with a CMS platform
- Problem solving and the ability to investigate
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multitask, work in a fastpaced environment and working under pressure
- A "cando" attitude and a willingness to learn and engage
