We're looking for Kitchen Runner and general helper to work within our Islington Coffee Shop. You will be running amazing coffees and dishes to tables as well as supporting the kitchen team with portering, daily preparation and making high quality sandwiches. This is an exciting role for someone looking to learn and develop within the hospitality industry.
You will learn and develop as we grow and get better and better each day.

As a Kitchen Assistant you will be offered comprehensive training when you start.

We are looking for like-minded skilled people to join us as we reopen our cafes and focus on the quality and consistency of our Brunch dishes.

We are looking for someone who is;

• Competent in a kitchen and fast paced environment.

As a Redemption team member, you'll be;

• Running coffees and food to tables;
• Upkeeping our daily cleaning standards;
• Clearing tables in a speedy manner;
• Supporting the kitchen with daily food preparation and sandwich making;
• Supporting the team with washing dishes and equipment;
• Helping to create a clean environment of high standards.

Hours:
Full time - approx 45 hours per week

English to a good speaking standard is required.
