Roseberys are expanding their team and seeking a diligent, enthusiastic Client Services assistant to work in its busy reception area.
Overview & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
- Assist with the daily running of the auction house reception
- Deal with customer queries and complaints and escalate these to the Client Services Manager when necessary
- Coordinate valuers for inhouse valuations
- Support & administer collections and deliveries
- Process payments, cash and card transactions
- Send out pre & post auction correspondence
- Filing & data entry into Roseberys auction management software
- Assist with various administration tasks for both live and online auctions
- Aid clients registering for sales on our websites and carryout bids administration
- Issue Property Receipts/Contracts when instructed to do so by the Client Services Manager
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
Skills & Qualifications:
- An organised and methodical approach to daily tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills and previous experience in a client facing position and complaints resolution.
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy customer facing environment.
- Be confident using computers and new software packages.
- Previous experience of cash handling and card payment transactions.
- Previous auction house experience desirable but not essential.
