Location:

Salary:
Competitive, depending on experience**

The Role:

Our client is alarge independent commercial vehicle maintenance provider.

You will be required to manage the Workshop and ATF Lane to ensure a profitable, efficient, and safe site. that meets or exceeds our clients customers' expectations and their targets. Responsible for Skilled & semi-skilled workforce, all office staff. Allworkshop equipment. Quality, Efficiency and the Health & Safety of the employees, visitors, workshops & site.


Job Specifics:


  • Plan the daily workload of the workshop, ATF Lane, office & drivers to ensure customer requirements are met and update schedules.
  • Overall responsibility for ATF
  • Manage the Tacho element of the Depot
  • Liaise with customers (External & Internal) regarding service schedules, updates, authorities and completion of work.
  • Raise job cards, estimates and invoices as required and update status of jobs on Protean in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Ensure that the parts are available for each job at the correct time.
  • Process purchase orders accurately.
  • Complete costing and preinvoicing
  • Maintain discipline across the whole site.
  • Ensure that the site is tidy, housekeeping standards are maintained, and site is secure.
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained in a proper fashion.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety arrangements are in place.
  • Report on the KPI's and progress to the Managing Director.
  • Sanction all holidays ensuring the policy is adhered to.

Hours:


  • 8am 6pm with alternate Saturdays as the business requires
