Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Newbury or Liverpool Locations available
£21,000 plus bonus

Hey there Are you looking for a change from the retail industry? Want to work with a team that's passionate about providing top-notch customer experiences? Look no further, because we are on the hunt for a new Customer Engagement Associate.

As a Customer Engagement Associate, you'll be a key player in building new customer relationships, securing new contracts and delivering amazing customer service to our new and existing customers.

You'll be handling enquiries, making follow-up and welcomecalls, and delivering demos to show off our courses and learner management system.

No previous experience is required, we'll coach and mentor you on the job.

This role is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You'll have the flexibility to work from our well-located Newbury or Liverpool office or from the comfort of your own home.

Here's what we're looking for:

GCSEs above grade C, including English and ICT
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Happy using Microsoft Office
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs
Selfmotivation and the ability to work independently
Highly Organised
Willing to try new things.
Ambition to grow and develop.
