Team Administrator for Projects Team

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Fully Office Based in London

£27k-£30k Per Annum
Our client is looking for a team administrator to join their amazing projects team in London

The Project's team pride itself on its high-performance levels and dedication to working as one unit and are seeking a new Team Assistant that fits this ethos.

This is fast paced and challenging role. You will need to work efficiently and flexibly.

The objective of this role is to ensure the safe and correct delivery of Projects to the agreed services of the client or contract.


Keeping within the agreed terms of any agreement or contract, the Project Team Assistant will aid in utilising the pool of Engineers, Project Managers and Sub-contractors available to fulfil the client's requests whilst using the business systems to track and finance any works.


Main duties include, but not limited to:
System management

  • Managing Clik diary; for inhouse engineers and updating job sheets once works are carried out.
  • Coordinating with the Project Managers to book their surveys, appointments, and meetings in the shared diary.
  • Management of documents on One Drive, H&S Portal
Client Management

  • Communicating with a client understanding the client needs and expectations.
  • Liaising with Account Managers to ensure that the Projects team effectively communicate all updates and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Following a stepbystep guide set in place by the Project Managers on how to update on job progression and monthly reporting.
Administrative Duties

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Processing of Invoicing of completed jobs.
  • Client Management (As above) managing monthly KPI's and SLA's.

Skills / Experience Required:


  • Proven experience in an administrative/ assistant role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented and committed to delivering highquality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
