_Are you looking for a new and exciting role? Are you an experienced Room Leader?_

At _
Blossom Tree Montessori_, we are recruiting for a _
Room Leader_ _to join our warm and friendly nursery. This role will be working within our _
23 year old classroom_._
This role is full time, _
40 hours per week_ _ working a variety of shifts between the hours of _
7:30am6pm_._

Salary - £26,000 - £28,080_ _(dependent on experience and is reviewed annually)_

A day at Blossom Tree would include: _

- _Working as part of a team to ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently._
- _Caring for all children and ensuring their personal and hygiene needs are met daily._
- _Ensuring the children are happy, settled and content._
- _Observing, assessing, and planning for the children's individual needs, ensuring their development is continuously monitored and create opportunities for children to progress._
- _Keeping up to date and informed of legislation in relation to early education and ensure that all paperwork is in keeping with the EYFS and Ofsted Requirements._
- _Becoming familiarised with the nursery's policies and procedures and working within these._
- _Leading a team, encouraging and raising practice daily._
- _Delegating tasks to your team to ensure the smooth running of the room._
- _Sharing creative ideas and willingly involving your team in decision making for the classroom e.g., activities/planning_
- _Forming professional and friendly partnerships with parents and forming secure relationships with the children._
- _Using our nursery app "Blossom Educational" - training will be provided._

What we would ask from you: _

Level 3 Qualification in Early Years_ _is essential for this role._

Montessori Diploma_ _is desirable._
- _Previous experience of working as a _
Room Leader is essential_._
- _Being a positive role model to your team._
- _An extensive knowledge of the current EYFS._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _To be passionate, motivated, have the ability to work well within a team and be able to adapt to a fun and inspiring way of working._
- _Good ICT skills_
