Aftersales & Parts Assistant

Skills Required:
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
- Good experience of computer and IT systems
- Able to prioritise workload
- Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A professional & polite manner is essential
- Some experience of plant or agricultural machinery preferred
You will be working within the parts department serving both customers and internal staff, providing admin support for all aftersales functions, assisting with managing manufacturer's portals, undertaking stocks checks.
Being accountable for supporting and assisting colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing parts from manufacturers portals and Third Party suppliers, when required.
Providing customer care to retail customers and colleagues promptly, exceeding customer expectations both face to face and via the telephone.
Receiving, recording and allocating parts from suppliers.
Assisting with parts stock checks.
Communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers.
Day to day you'll process and administer service requests through invoicing, provide daily updates and reports to the customer base and proactively contact the customer base for feedback
