• Hourly Rate of £11.80 per hour (plus gratuities which are shared across the team/ and you will also be included in our fantastic upselling program).
• As a permanent contracted Team Member, you will enjoy time and a half for any overtime, including bank holidays.
• We are able to offer part time hours of 30 hours a week over 5 x 6 hour shifts. Starting times are from 5.30AM until 8.30am depending on the rota. Please note for this role flexibility work evenings and weekends are also required

• If you understand the value of personalised attention and know how to treat even the most extraordinarily different experiences with the same rich level of guest service, you may just be the person we are looking for_
• Multifunctional Food and Beverage management and support allowing you to flex your skills in all Food and Beverage Outlets within the Hotel. This will cover and not exclusive to restaurants, bars, in room dining and conference and events, both early and late shifts.
• Ensure that all Food and Beverage bookings are managed and communicated across the Food and Beverage department in a timely manner
• In depth knowledge of the booking system used within the Food and Beverage department
• Ensure that all guests are called prearrival and any specific requirements are communicated with the teams
• Liaison with guests in the booking of private events within the Food and Beverage departments.
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service
• Upsell with latest departmental incentives
• Carry out cleaning duties as assigned to you in any of the food and beverage outlets
• Adhere to all hotel brand standards
• As a Food and Beverage Host you will work 5 days per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays
