Prop Trader (Emerging Markets and FX)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement profitable trading strategies in Emerging Markets and FX, taking into consideration market conditions and risk management principles.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trading opportunities in these markets, using both fundamental and technical analysis tools.
Execute trades and manage risk exposures in accordance with established risk limits and trading guidelines.
Work closely with other traders and analysts to share ideas and insights on market trends and trading strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all trading activities, including trade tickets, P&L statements, and risk reports.
Keep uptodate with developments in the relevant markets, including economic data releases, political events, and other factors that may impact trading activity.
Work with the compliance team to ensure all trading activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in trading Emerging Markets and FX, with a proven track record of generating profits.
Experience with Delta One trading is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct both fundamental and technical analysis of markets.
Excellent risk management skills, with the ability to identify and manage trading risks effectively.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other traders and analysts.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance principles related to trading activities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Pay:
£100,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
