Description

Red Nucleus is an award winning Learning and Development agency supporting the life sciences market. Based on strong client demand, we are rapidly growing our London office. We currently seek an Instructional Designer with a passion for building engaging and innovative learning programs.

Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive, engaging, and effective elearning programs related to Healthcare (pharmaceutical product, systems, compliance, and sales skills)
Design and develop robust, innovative, instructorled live and virtual training
Design and write learning support tools such as, but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, participant guides, quick reference guides, and job aids
Design and facilitate TraintheTrainer sessions
Assist in the development and presentation of proposals and pitches for new business development purposes
Review/revise L&D materials created by others for formatting, flow, and educational effectiveness

Requirements:

Undergraduate or graduate degree in instructional design, education, or organisational development; or equivalent experience
Experience in needs analysis, curriculum development, and training strategies based on adult learning theory
Experience writing content for varies blended learning solutions
Exceptional verbal, written, and collaboration skills
Ability to handle multiple projects with changing tasks, priorities, and deadlines
Ability to thrive in a team environment
A selfstarter with a high levels of motivation and adaptability, along with and an ability to solve problems/devise solutions under pressure
Ability to work in Central London office

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge and experience in the life sciences industry
Healthcare, (Pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or biotechnology) sales training experience
Experience activities for virtual meeting/collaboration tools such as Adobe Connect, Blackboard, Central, GoToMeeting, Microsoft LiveMeeting, WebEx, and/or others a plus
