Near Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire


We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Gardener to lead a small team looking after well known Cotswold garden which extends to about 8 acres including formal gardens and borders, a kitchen garden two heated greenhouses as well as informal areas and an orchard.

The garden is opened several times a year for charities and for private visits. You will have day to responsibility for managing the garden and will work with the owner, a garden designer.

  • Have a formal horticultural qualification
  • Have excellent knowledge about all aspects of propagation and cultivation
  • Have a proven track record of garden skills with attention to detail
  • Be competent in operating and maintaining machinery
