• Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of the warehouse
• Coordinate and prioritize workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Supervise a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation

• Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including materials handling, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus
• Familiarity with 3PL (thirdparty logistics) operations is preferred
• Experience in an ecommerce environment is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
