Description

o Detailed management of all NRSWA permits, ensuring alignment to programme, and regular chasing throughout the week to mitigate against any street works charges

Key point of contact for permit enquires (internal and external)
Maintenance and updating of Terrafirma programmes of work, including but not limited to Costain, CMO, Cadent, HS2, Thames Water, as instructed by the Head of Programme
Creating and maintaining electronic push plans through liaison with Area Managers, Site Managers, Head of Programme and Operations Managers
Maintenance and updating of PULSE management system
Generation and distribution of weekly whereabouts
Attending NRSWA calls/meetings, including but not limited stops/starts, FPNs and S74s
Attending clientbased planning meetings (currently for CMO and Costain based works), representing TFP's programming team and able to answer programme queries by referencing the programme and push plans for the works
Submission and acquisition of planning documentation to enable works to start and continue, including, but not limited to:
NRSWA permits
Parking bay suspensions
Bus stop suspensions
TTROs
S50s
TM bookings/drawings
Any other duties as designated by the Head of Programme, Operations Manager(s) and/or Director

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Monday
Friday 07:0015:00
Normal working hours 07:0015:00, although this may be required to change either permanently, temporarily or adhoc (with notice) to 08:0016:00 around business requirements
Some overtime may be required, but to be preapproved by management
Full time: 40 hours per week
Paid weekly
