Temp Porter/Caretaker bookings December/January

Zone 1-3 of London

£10.42 per hour

30-40 hours per week
Its holiday season We have many different porter and caretaker holiday cover bookings to be filled in Central London. Hours range from 7.30am to 5.30pm/ 8am to 4pm/ 9am to 5pm/8am to 1pm, generally Monday to Friday.

Weekly pay We are looking for experienced and responsible workers urgently to undertake cover assignments for the permanent staff working in private residential apartment blocks.

You will be responsible for distributing morning papers/post to flats, to monitor all persons within the development and challenge them if necessary in order to be certain they have a right to be present, log and report any incidents of disrepair immediately, including all building defects, plumbing, heating and lighting defects during normal working hours.

You'll also be cleaning the communal area inside and outside including clearing any rubbish from residential communal areas, sweep and vacuum all floor surfaces, dust all stair handrails, polish brass, cleaning and polishing walls, doors and check and report if lights not working, washing and cleaning the external areas surrounding the main entrance.

Must produce excellent references for your experience and have excellent communication skills.
