FINANCE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
SALARY:
£25,000 - £30,000 P.A.
LOCATION:
WATFORD
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual to join our busy Watford office/warehouse as a
Finance Administration Assistant, providing support to the Finance and Sales departments
This role is full time, office based, permanent and reports directly to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Purchase invoice processing.
- Sales invoice processing.
- Assisting with monthly & annual stocktake
- Posting of bank entries in to our ERP system
- Monitoring our Quality & Environmental KPIs.
- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 internal auditing.
- General administrative duties as they arise
Key skills include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience of using an inhouse accounting software/ERP system such as SAGE, Oracle or similar.
- AAT qualified or part qualified (desirable)
Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
