FINANCE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT




SALARY:
£25,000 - £30,000 P.A.





LOCATION:
WATFORD

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual to join our busy Watford office/warehouse as a
Finance Administration Assistant, providing support to the Finance and Sales departments

This role is full time, office based, permanent and reports directly to the General Manager.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Purchase invoice processing.
  • Sales invoice processing.
  • Assisting with monthly & annual stocktake
  • Posting of bank entries in to our ERP system
  • Monitoring our Quality & Environmental KPIs.
  • ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 internal auditing.
  • General administrative duties as they arise

Key skills include:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience of using an inhouse accounting software/ERP system such as SAGE, Oracle or similar.
  • AAT qualified or part qualified (desirable)

Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
