We are looking to recruitan experienced
Business Analyst who is excited to go on a business and IT transformation journey with our Client an exciting, rapidly growing business based in North London.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Interviewing key business stakeholders to understand new business requirements and suggest own ideas.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes
  • Be able to document the AS IS and translate into TO BE using Microsoft Visio
  • Write User Story for any new requirements in MS Dynamics CE and Power BI
  • Support the Process Leads with writing Test Scripts and Testing new functionality in MS Dynamics 365 CE
  • Support the Development Team with MS Dynamics configuration, workflow maintenance, user setup and security model

Key Skills / Experience Required:


  • Proven experience operating as a BA in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with key business team members
  • Strong ability to proactively recommend improvements to systems including changes to business processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a motivated selfstarter
  • Desirable to have relevant IT qualifications
  • Problemsolving aptitude.
  • Working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload and act calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Experience of Microsoft Visio
  • Power BI experience
