*Flexible shifts over the weekend, choose the weekends that YOU'D like to work*We have an exciting opportunity available for experienced support workers to join our agency and work within a beautiful care home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.

The home that we are recruiting for accommodates for up to 10 service users and specialise in care for people living with;

  • Learning Difficulties
  • Physical Disabilities
  • Sensory Impairment


You will be working alongside the dedicated team with ensuring that the welfare of the service users is your top priority.

You will be following tailored care plans, ensuring that the needs of the service user are met.

You will help promote their independence by helping them learn everyday life skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and booking appointments.

Experience & Qualifications:

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this.

We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep

  • Have referenceable work history
  • Hold indate mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service
  • Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
