LFUK Recruitment are looking for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to work for our client based in Kirkby.

This position will be Maternity cover.


MAIN DUTIES

  • Submits payroll hours
  • Material sourcing and purchasing of raw materials
  • Routine purchase orders
  • Ensures the timely payments for Ames UK suppliers, metal suppliers and payroll
  • Deals with payroll queries
  • Create and send purchase orders when requested
  • Organize vendor review and every 6 months review pricing contracts
  • Reconciles supplier statements
  • Maintains suppliers bank details date
  • Assist in the developing of the budgets
  • Assists business reviews and risk
  • Works with auditors and external accountants to ensure a smooth year end process
  • Provides management accountant cover and support
  • Approve bank payments
This is a part time role working 21 hours over 3 days


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Part-time hours: 21 per week


Salary:
From £12.50 per hour

Experience:

- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)

  • Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
