**The Company**Able Bridge Recruitment are partnering an accountancy practice who are embarking on a strategic expansion into Scotland. Due to a gap in the market, our client have identified a massive growth opportunity and as such have opened an office in Dundee.
As such we have been exclusively retained to assist them in the recruitment of several key hires for the new venture.
The role of senior tax adviser will report into one of the operations director and will be based in the company's new Dundee office.
The role has arisen due to serval converging factors namely growth and an employee going on to maternity leave in anotheroffice.
We have successfully placed a number of accounting professionals within this accounting firm and the consensus with all have been positive and have fed back that the practice is a superb employer.
**On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following;
**Overall responsibility for a portfolio of clients - ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes and is technically accurate.
Overall management of the superannuation process and the tax return process for your own portfolio.
Preparing and/or reviewing capital gains tax calculations.
Registering/ de-registering clients for/from self-assessment.
Attending client meetings on your own portfolio where required.
Keep clients and directors informed and updated at all times, responding to all queries from clients timeously and informing clients where there is likely to be any unavoidable delays.

Our client would lend themselves very nicely to an individual who is working within the larger firms but who feels that they are taken for granted.
Our client has a reputation for ensuring work life balance is of the up most importance, even during peakperiods like January.
