Interim Assistant Finance Director/Financial Controller - 3 month contract - Surrey/Hybrid - Up to £110k

Due to an extended period of leave, the organisation now requires an articulate, experienced, Assistant Finance Director/Financial Controller, to oversee an established finance team and to support the Directors with a broad remit of financial control.


Working closely with their highly engaging and supportive Finance Director, this role will initially support the business through its budgeting process, as well as mentoring the team and also covering any other areas of financial and management accountsas required.

The role requires someone the who has strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders as well as having a 'hands-on' mentality.

You will have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build solid relationships.

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Strong experience of budget preparation
  • Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Dynamics advantageous
  • Strong manmanagement experience
