As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Head of Procurement to lead our procurement team and drive excellence in our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives, ensuring a reliable and costeffective supply chain.
Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance evaluations to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of materials and components.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance, to optimize procurement processes and support new product development initiatives.
Monitor market trends, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.
Drive costsaving initiatives, value engineering, and process improvements to achieve procurement efficiency and contribute to the company's profitability.
Implement sustainable sourcing practices and promote the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility and ethical procurement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
CIPS level 4 minimum
Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, with a focus on electronics, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Indepth knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement software tools.
Demonstrated track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements.
