Lecturer of Education Position in Havering

A dynamic College in Havering is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer of Education to deliver engaging lessons and assess student progression across various courses catering to 14-19-year-olds and adult learners.

The courses offered at this College range from entry level to level 6, encompassing a mix of college-based qualifications and workforce development opportunities.

  • Requirements:
  • Experienced Lecturer of Education
  • Experience with up to Level 6 learners

This is a temporary to permanent position offering a daily rate ranging from £180 to £250.

This role will involve teaching high-achieving students at a reputable College located in The East London Essex Borders of Havering.

The successful candidate will deliver education to adult and Further Education (FE) learners up to Level 6 qualifications.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree level qualification in Primary/Secondary Education, along with a teaching qualification or Masters degree. Relevant industry experience in supporting teaching and learning in Schools and Colleges is also essential.

The College provides a strong pastoral support program to ensure students' emotional and academic well-being, fostering a conducive environment for learning and achievement.

The position aims to push students to excel academically, with many progressing to Russell Group universities. Therefore, the College is seeking an engaging Psychology teacher who can inspire students to achieve their full potential.

This opportunity offers convenient access to various areas of London via the district and Elizabeth line, with proximity to the M25 motorway.

Salary Range: £180.00-£250.00 per day
