ABOUT THE ROLE


The Head of Aftersales Programmes is responsible for leading the commercial Aftersales team, parts product management, pricing and Aftersales programme and campaign development, ensuring delivery of Beyond100 strategic growth targets.


Responsible for leading the Aftersales pricing strategy, securing agreement at board level & sustaining an optimum position across all product lines to maximise volume and contribution.

Development and delivery of innovative programmes and campaigns to support Parts growth targets.


Our Aftersales department is transforming too, in response to the rapidly changing market and product portfolio, delivering innovation in future products and programmes whilst satisfying the needs of today's customers.


MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading Aftersales pricing strategy
  • Delivering market and product segment derived pricing solutions to maximise margin and business opportunities
  • Current model parts product management
  • Responsibility for the management of the parts product portfolio for both current models and those in development
  • Trade programme management
  • Responsible for defining the optimum channels and programme content by market to maximise revenue & contribution
  • Delivery of Aftersales programmes to support transformation growth targets
  • Devise and deliver programmes to drive loyalty, increase retail hours, service retention and parts sales
  • Delivery of classic/heritage parts strategy
  • Management of classic/heritage parts, defining classic parts product offering to maximise profit and focus on core activity
  • Shared responsibility for Aftersales revenue & growth

SKILLS AND

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience of managing a team is essential
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels of the Business
  • Significant experience of Automotive Industry ideally within dealer or importer
  • Proven ability to devise and deliver Aftersales programmes
  • Previous experience of working in an Aftersales environment beneficial
