The Person

To be successful in recruitment you will be personable and outgoing, the kind of person who can talk to anyone, about anything You will have to be tenacious, with an excellent attitude to hard work.

You will be someone who thrives under pressure, can think quickly on their feet, and can take ownership of their actions.

This role requires resilience, you will get knocked back but it's about how you pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move on to the next task with renewed enthusiasm.

Above everything else, if you are driven, hungry for success and willing to put in the time and energy to make it happen, this might just be the role for you.

Your Background

You will ideally have worked in a target driven environment, within a sales industry such as Estate Agency, Retail or Call Centre.

You may even have had some initial exposure to recruitment or have worked as a Resourcer previously.

Graduates will also be looked at who show the right drive and determination, you will be used to using your initiative, in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for your own workload.

The Training

You will join our Recruitment Fundamentals University, a training programme overseen by our dedicated talent & development team.

In this, you will receive a mixture of online, classroom and on-the-job training whilst having the support of our management team who will help you make the transition from Trainee to Consultant and beyond We also run coaching classes with our top performers so that you can learn from the best of the best in our business.
