Facilities Administrator
Courtney Recruitment are working in partnership with The Women's Organisation, assisting in the recruitment of two Facilities Administrators.

The successful applicants will join the Front of House team in helping to make sure that all services are deliveredto the highest standards.

Salary & Benefits
£19,500 to £21,500
Hours: 9:00 - 5:00, Monday - Friday, (37.5 hours per week).
Holidays: 25 days, plus birthday and bank holidays

Skills & Experience

  • Reception experience is essential
  • Admin experience is essential
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with people from all backgrounds, verbally (face to face and over the phone), and written
  • Excellent multitasking, and time management skills
  • Attentive, organised, and a natural problem solver who is able to take initiative
Duties
As the first point of contact for the company, you will:

  • Greet & welcome visitors, directing where to go, and giving advice on any general enquiries
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls, as well as take messages, maintaining a friendly and professional disposition
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to other teams in the company
  • Prepare meeting and conference spaces, making sure visitors are looked after, providing refreshments &facilities and tidying afterwards
  • Undertake clerical tasks, such as record keeping, maintaining existing systems, diary management, sorting post, stationery ordering, printing, and scanning
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures, such as locking up/opening the building, conducting fire alarm tests, keeping track of the planned preventative maintenance schedule, planning and booking engineers when issues arise, researching and getting different quotesfor service provision
  • There is occasional requirement to work weekday evenings and occasional Saturdays or Sundays. These shifts are allocated well in advance and are shared evenly and fairly amongst all colleagues in the wider team.
