Are you a creative and driven Marketing Executive seeking an exciting new opportunity? Brunton Residential, a leading Estate Agency, is currently seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media and print formats.

This is an opportunity to join the exciting world of real estate marketing, dealing with a range of properties as well as growing the brand of the company.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (Half a day of Lieu provided)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Passion for the real estate industry is a plus
• UK Driving license with access to your own vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote Brunton Residential's services and property listings
• Creating engaging content for digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Designing print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage
• Managing the company website and optimizing content for SEO
• Analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and make datadriven decisions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing and graphic design
• Photography processing and brochure creation

£24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
