Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a veterinary pharmaceuticals business in North Oxford for the recruitment of an Office Manager to join the team.


This Office Manager will be helping to manage and support the customer service and administration team in reaching the agreed business objectives.


Responsibilities in brief include:

  • Influence and nurture a positive working environment and active teamwork in line with company objectives and expectations.
  • Regularly review performance of key processes and procedures, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure effective department and interdepartment communications
  • Implement customer service initiatives/changes as communicated by the Commercial Relations, Senior Manager.
  • Manage the day to day customer service environment including coordinating appropriate support to the external commercial team.


The Office Manager will need to have a knowledge of general management practices and businesses, alongside good communication and team co-ordination skills.

Prior knowledge in the veterinary sector is ideal
