Our client is a highly successful and thriving independent Estate Agency seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join their team.


Working hours:


  • Monday
  • Thursday 9 am 5:30 pm,
  • Friday 9 am 5 pm,
  • Saturdays (1 in 3) 10 am 4 pm

Salary/Package for the successful Estate Agent:

  • Basic £25,000
  • £30,000
  • OTE £35,000 £40,000

The Estate Agent's duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Writing Brochures
  • Floor plans
  • Video Tours
  • Drone photography
  • Social aspect
  • Liaising with clients
  • Dealing with a highvolume workload

To be considered for the role of the Estate Agent, you must have the following:

  • Property industry experience
  • Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
  • Must possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle for business purposes
  • A strong desire to be successful.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
