Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in
Burton on a
full time, permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities:

Reception duties, including
calls, greeting visitors in a professional manner, ensuring that each is signed in/out and contacting host
- Telephone
switchboard duties, including
answering calls in a professional manner and distributing calls to relevant staff - Mailroom activities, including distribution of
incoming mail, collation of
outgoing mail in readiness for collection and booking
courier services - Develop professional relationships with internal and external
customers: - Take ownership of and deal with / resolve customer
queries in a professional manner
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
Up to £24,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
