Goods In/Out & Warehouse Support

We are looking to expand our production team due to continued company growth and require someone who is eager to help, who thrives off challenges, and is continually striving to develop themselves and, in turn, the business.

Responsibilities

Quality check and book goods in from Suppliers, making sure actual goods received match those which have been ordered
Deal with a wide variety of trade counter enquiries, from collections and deliveries to basic customer orders
Select and allocate material from the warehouse with the use of a counterbalance fork lift truck and various saws
Book finished consignments with our preferred carrier
Count, organise and pack finished products
Select & allocate materials, ensuring the warehouse is kept tidy
Follow the ISO process at all times
Recycle materials

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent problem solving skills
Work well under pressure
Ability to work in a team
Good attention to detail
Health & Safety awareness
FLT counterbalance licence (not essential)
Experience working in a production / manufacturing environment (not essential)
Experience of using table saws, cross cut saws and hand tools (not essential)
Good IT skills
