JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Developing an inviting and stimulating inclusive play environment which meets the needs of all the children who use it, and to enable those children to obtain the full benefit of the facilities available, both within the playground and within the wider community
Planning and implementing programmes to support children with homework and catchup activities
Keep the areas used for Wrap Around Care in a safe, clean, and tidy condition
Breakfast and snack/tea provision, ensuring adult and child safety and maintaining good hygiene
Looking after children who are upset or have had accidents which will include first aid
Helping escort children on trips
Carrying out routine administrative tasks
GCSE Levels (A minimum C grade in Maths and English)
Experience working with children with a range of Additional Educational Needs
Training in Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety (Desired)
Good Organisation Skills
Good IT Skills
The ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children
