As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the shining star that our customers turn to for help. You'll tackle their queries with a smile, ensuring their journey with us is smooth and stress-free. From updating customer details to answering questions about our services, you'll be the person they need.

The Details
Location - Whiteley, Hampshire (near Fareham), in a modern office with free parking.

Full time hours (part-time also considered hours per week, between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday plus up to 2 Saturdays per month 10am-4pm - you get the day back in lieu.


Salary - £20,000-£23,500 per year depending on experience PLUS generous uncapped bonuses which take your salary potential to £28,000+ per year.


To be considered you will

  • Be able to commute to our office in Whiteley (near Lidl, Solent Hotel)
  • Have experience working in a Customer Service environment (either in person or telephone based)
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Be patient and a good listener
  • Be a good team player
