Our client are currently looking to recruit a Scheduling Coordinator to join thier team in the Aldershot area.Key Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinate the delivery of all work flow to a dedicated area and team of onsite operatives.
- Updating Systems within prescribed timescales to ensure maximum efficiency
- Support resource planning, confirm rotas and highlight potential additional resource requirements
- Run reports and maintain all system information and data
- Provide a quick response to priority reactive tasks
- Undertake general administrative duties
Skills/Qualifications
- Scheduling experience within a planned and maintenance environment
- Awareness of safe working within a facilities management or building environment
- Experience of working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence
- Experience of working accurately to deadlines
