Pertemps is seeking a dynamic individual who demonstrates drive, energy, and passion. If you have proven experience in a phone-based Customer Service role with an element of Telesales, then this role is for you

Our client provides a high level or regional and national training and consultancy services, working hard to develop rewarding partnerships with all their clients.

This all happens from their busy head office in Plympton and vast training centres throughoutthe Southwest.

The following elements of the role are:
Customer Service

  • Identify your customers' needs by asking the right questions and always aim to anticipate and exceed your customer's expectations by giving proficient advice
  • Crosssell across their full range of services
  • Professionally deal with any complaints and turn them into opportunities where possible
  • Work closely with the key account management and technical services teams
Telesales

  • Maximise opportunities for sales arising from every phone call you take
  • Regularly review existing accounts and tap into potentials for additional sales
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Engage with sales initiatives identified by the marketing and leadership team

Essential attributes are:

  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written with high attention to detail
  • Great administration skills, proficient in IT such as Microsoft Packages
  • Word and Excel.
  • A cando attitude
Hours of the role are 8:45am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with a salary between £19,000-£22,000 depending on experience.
