Hybrid Working - Global Projects - Broad range of Clients - This is an exceptional opportunity for an Event Producer to join an international agency and truly shape and influence their events

THE COMPANY
This expanding full-service agency are renowned for delivering cutting edge events throughout the globe.

From conferences and roadshows through to incentives and product launches, they have dedicated teams in-house including event management, production, creativesand event technology.

As a result of their on-going success, they have established a strong client base of blue-chip brands across sectors including automotive, healthcare, and financial to name a few

Due to an exciting development, they are now seeking an Event Producer to produce events from first client briefing to final invoice reconciliation.

THE ROLE

As Event Producer you will be working across a wide range of events encompassing face to face, virtual and hybrid projects.

You will be working on individual projects as assigned by the Head of Events but also working on larger scale event activity and candevelop client accounts in your own right.

Responsibilities include:

Work as part of the pitch team to create and present pitch documents
Work with the Key Account Director to handle clients & projects from inception to final evaluation
Overseeing and guiding production teams
Leading client meetings throughout preproduction
Ensuring creative concepts are effectively interpreted and delivered
Working with the client to develop agendas
Budgeting & financial control of projects
Administration & scheduling of projects
Supplier liaison & management
Onsite client & event management
Be familiar with and embrace the latest developments in virtual, hybrid and live event technology

THE CANDIDATE
This role will involve some travel, both in the UK and overseas.
