Location
West Wratting is a 10 minute drive from Newmarket, 10 minutes from Haverhill, and 20 minutes from Cambridge. Your own transport will be essential

Duties:

Perform general grounds maintenance duties to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property
Responsible for landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning
Use hand tools to perform various tasks such as raking, shoveling, and weeding
Operate power tools and equipment as needed for specific maintenance tasks
Involvement in various indoor maintenance and cleaning tasks, especially through the winter months

Skills:

Strong groundskeeping skills with the ability to maintain a neat and wellgroomed appearance of the property
Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices to create visually appealing outdoor spaces
Proficiency in using hand tools for various maintenance tasks
Mechanical knowledge to operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently

Other information
Some travel to other properties in a company van. Driving licence required.
