Apollo Home Healthcare is a national provider of high-quality complex care at home services for adults and children, allowing individuals to stay within their own home to receive person-centred care and support.

£23 - £27k Basic + Oncall £3,960 per annum (based on completing on-call every 6 weeks approx.)

The service we operate is specialist and Nurse Led, we provide highly trained care teams to work closely with clients in the community.
Behind the scenes in the North West operation, we have a team of staff who work to co-ordinate and manage all aspects of our service.
All applicants will be required to hold a full UK driving License

Main responsibilities as a Care Coordinator:
- Building relationships with commissioners, professionals, clients and family members
- Rota Management for your packages of care
- Responding efficiently to day to day changes in your care packages
- Providing excellent customer service
