Maxxima's Phlebotomy team is currently recruiting for Band 4/5 Phlebotomy Supervisors to join the Phlebotomy teams based in Essex.

These role's will be working with our client based in Basildon and Southend-On-Sea providing Phlebotomy services in the area.

The team are looking for Band 4/5 Phlebotomy Supervisors who must have:

  • 3 GCSE 'O' levels or equivalent which must include English
  • A minimum of 12 months previous phlebotomy experience
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Full UK driving licence and use of car for work


The working hours would be either 8am - 4pm, 7am - 3pm or 7am - 4pm and you will need to be flexible and willing to work weekends as well.

You may be required to work at Southend University Hospital or Basildon University Hospital as and when required

The pay rate for this Band 4/5 Phlebotomy Supervisors role is up to £17 per hour umbrella rate for Band 4 and up to £20 per hour umbrella rate for Band 5


Requirements of this Phlebotomist vacancy:


  • You must be a Phlebotomist with recent experience.
  • You must be willing to fully register with our agency
