Our goal is to become the market leader in the UK by 2026.

Our service is delivered entirely via telephone and online so to be successful you need a confident telephone manner and the ability to instil trust in the clients, third parties and partners you work with.

You will join our award-winning bridging and commercial mortgage administration team which has considerable experience and is highly respected in the industry.

As a Bridging and Commercial Administrator, you will have a varied role, where your responsibilities will include:

  • Regular contact with our clients and introducers, keeping them informed about their cases throughout the process;
  • Managing often complex cases progression on a day to day basis through to completion;
  • Liaising with solicitors and other 3rd parties to ensure we give a world class service;
  • Uploading documents to lender websites;
  • Managing your diary system to monitor and progress cases, chasing when appropriate;
  • Working within prescribed policies, procedures and practices set out by the company and its regulators;
  • Updating and maintaining data so that systems and case files are accurate at all times.

  • Be exceptionally well organised;
  • Share our values and attitudes;
  • Aspire to the highest professional standards.

What are we looking for from our Bridging and Commercial Administrators?
Experience in the specialist finance sector is the preferred but not essential as you will receive full training. We want people with drive and the desire to deliver world-class client service.

That way we ensure that our Bridging and Commercial clients have the best possible outcome and experience with The Loans Engine.

Experience tells us that people from a banking, bridging and commercial mortgage broking, insurance, estate agency or similar background adapt most quickly to working in a specialist mortgage brokerage like us.

However, most of all we are looking for people with great attitudes and great values.

Thirty six years of experience tells us great underwriters have our values in their souls and we cannot train that.

Either you have it or you don't.

We want to recruit good underwriters with the potential to become great underwriters and then become advisors who consistently deliver world class service to each and every client.
