Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, team player with a natural empathy for people who experience mental health problems to join our friendly, professional and busy Memory and CMHT Service for Older People.

You will help to provide a comprehensive, high quality efficient administrative service for the clinical and medical teams.

Your role will include, liaising with staff, service users, visitors and health care professionals in person and over the phone, you will demonstrate sound organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload as well as the ability to take accurate messages.

The successful applicants will have excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and be IT literate.

You will be responsible for handling highly confidential information.


You would need a flexible approach to your work, and be willing to travel to other sites within the locality if needed.

Working Days to be discussed with the successful applicant.
