Business Development Manager - Scotland
Leading Sanitaryware brand.


Overview:


  • Developing relationships with both existing and new contractors to ensuring the bathroom products are 1stchoice for installation products. This will be done by conductingapproximately 180 tarvaluable contacts/meeting per month (a mix of face to face andremotely).
  • Work with Regional Developers to establish the brand at early stage in the project and be the choice for all project specifications
  • Quotation conversion and Tracking.
  • Convert Specified projects
  • Conduct inbranch training programmes for all relevant Showroom staff and affiliated installers.
  • Support exhibitions where appropriate.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Director (Showrooms), including producing monthly reports to send to them.
  • Track account performance, agree measures and set targets to drive positive sales evolution.
  • Use CRM consistently to report all activity in a timely manner.
  • Have experience in an external sales roleand Account management experience in a fast pacedcommercial business
  • Knowledge and experience working in the within retail bathroom showroom sector or plumbing and heating merchant sector
  • Have a proven track record of achieving profitable sales growth via diverse stakeholders in a multichannel environment.
  • Have demonstrable sales and negotiation skills.
  • Have the ability toidentify and define business opportunities.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be a resultsdriven and selfmotivated individual.
