As Norton Way Group's most recent acquisition, the growth of our used car dealership has been exponential, and we now require more sales executives to support this growth.

The site displays 250 used vehicles, a showroom, a valet centre, a state-of-the-art turntable, a preparation centre and a smart repair workshop.

What you'll be doing:

• Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
• Proactively use the company database for customer followups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
• Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
• Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
• Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures at all times

What we need from you:

• A full manual driving licence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret our customer's needs
• You will be motivated, with an enthusiastic approach to your ongoing training and development
• Be computer literate, including MS packages
• Smart appearance, friendly and approachable
