So what's the job all about?

As you and the role grow you would start to lead the people to become a motivated and engaged team, through organisation of job rotation, conducting performance and probation reviews within the correct timelines, staff training, coaching, appropriate delegation, and regular communication of team performance.

To effectively manage the line, processes and the team to produce agreed quality food products, whilst ensuring service levels and all company targets are achieved and improved upon
To provide local control of a line and/or activity within the Production environment by the effective and efficient utilisation of labour, machinery and materials
To produce and analyse Key Performance Data for the business
To liaise with Supervision and Management as required
