HRLife are keen to hear from talented, pro-active HR Business partners who want to work in a large, matrix business with a busy change agenda planned.

You'll be working closely with leaders, stakeholders and the broader HR team to shape, develop and deliver the HR plans and create solutions in line with the wider business objectives.

Reporting to the HR Director, supporting a dedicated operational workforce who are field based to take responsibility for;

Business partnering leadership teams within your client group to develop, own and influence people plans
Using HR data to develop insight around key trends and metrics to come up with credible, commercial solutions for leadership challenges
Own the talent, resourcing, succession and engagement plans across your business area
Lead various people projects such as reward initiatives, developing competency frameworks, D&I initiatives
Work closely with managers to drive performance, upskilling managers to have effective performance, development and coaching conversations
Understand management capability and create specific action plans and training to support and improve
Work in partnership with trade unions to drive an effective relationship internally
Collaborate with the Centres of Excellence to ensure they effectively support with various projects relating to resourcing, L&D, Reward etc.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience of partnering and influencing leaderships teams, is used to working in a similar model with the CoE's ideally in an operational / field based workforce.

Hybrid working on offer. Ideally you'll live in the Berkshire/ Thames Valley/ North Hampshire location as you'll need to travel as required. A typical week will be 2/3 days with your client group or in the office, 2/3 at home.

Salary is 55-65k plus car allowance and bonus.
