Description

A Northwest based leading Commercial Law firm are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team based in their Liverpool office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal with previous Corporate Law experience or experience in a Healthcare settingto join a thriving team offering excellent career opportunities.

The Role:

You will be working within the Corporate team which encompasses Healthcare Lawyers providing advice to healthcare professionals on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, funding, governance, group reorganisations and shareholder agreements.

You will haveexposure to working with top reputable clients.
Duties will include

Drafting and negotiating documents
Reviewing and reporting on due diligence documentation
Being involved in business development activities including preparing articles for publication

You will ideally have previous experience of working as a Corporate Paralegal or within a healthcare setting.
If you have completed the LPC you will have completed a Corporate elective.
You will have strong attention to detail and be well organised.
