We are recruiting for Skincare/Beauty Consultants to join Sephora, a globally established retailer that specialises in selling iconic beauty, skincare, hair and fragrance productsin their brand new London flagship store

You will be a key team member who creates strong connections, inspires and helps customers become the best version of themselves through discovering the amazing beauty selection.

Responsibilities:

Create a memorable customer experience, by providing a welcoming environment, listening to and embracing each customers unique needs.
Unleash your creativity, passion, and knowledge of our iconic brands during every interaction.
Suggest and sell products and services to our clients in all areas of the store.
Help customers discover the benefits of loyalty programs, promotions and special events.
Ensure the store is kept tidy, and fully stocked at all times.
Drive results by contributing to the store's sales targets and overall goals

Who are you?

A passion for client service and you love working with people
Knowledge about what's new and trending in beauty and skincare
Proven experience of building strong customer and team relationships
Resilient and the adaptable to given situations and aware of changing store priorities as they arise
Prior experience working in retail sales or services industries
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems
Consistent and reliable attendance
Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours including weekends
