Blandford Outlet

Retail Band 5:
£6,882.88 per annum

12 Hours per week

If you're confident, good with people, and have retail experience, we'd love to hear from you for this new opportunity at our Outlet in Blandford.
Responsibility to manage all aspects of the store on Saturday and Sunday

This job would see you taking charge on a weekend.

We've got a team of terrific volunteers, and you'll be working with them to make sure that the Outlet is welcoming and well presented.

No two days are the same in our Outlets (our larger stores that sell furniture), so you'll need to be friendly, confident, and willing to take a hands-on approach in everything from outstanding customer service though to ensuring the Outlet floor is well presented and welcoming.

Everyone who comes through the door, whether it's to shop or donate goods, should have a positive experience so that they'll make Weldmar their charity shop of choice in future.

Although the Outlet is part of a well-established chain of Weldmar retail outlets across Dorset, as Weekend Supervisor you will have the responsibility for all aspects of the operational running of the Outlet in the Managers absence, which makes a direct difference to the care we provide to our patients and their families in Dorset.

All care is provided free of charge and mainly funded by the continued support of our local community, via fundraising initiatives and events, our retail chain, and gifts left in wills, enabling us to raise the £18,000 we need every day to keep our services going.
