Senior Building Surveyor
***We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor based in Essex.

This is a hybrid which requires you to be in the office 2 days per week.


You will be responsible for ensuring the high level of customer service is achieved by carrying out the day-to-day supervision and management of a multi-discipline team of surveyors and administrative support team with regard to responsive repairs, voids work, planned and cyclical work, aids and adaptations, stock condition surveys, asbestos management surveys insurance and disrepair claims.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Surveyor working in the housing sector.
  • Staff management experience.
  • Experience in responsive repairs and voids.
  • HNC in building construction or property.
  • BSc/HND in building construction or similar (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Contract details:


Hours:35 hour per week, Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm


Hybrid:
Yes - Office Based twice a week

Essex


Rate:
£45 - £50 p/h Umbrella
