Job summary
The purpose of this role is to provide support for a 13-year-old boy who is very likeable, loving and really enjoys his time at school. Experience of working with children or adults with SEN is essential.This young person has complex needs that impacts on his emotional and behavioural development. The PA will need to support this young person to help develop his life skills.
Key tasks include building up a trusting relationship, promoting confidence and independence, improving social and life skills, encouraging physical activity, promoting healthy lifestyle habits,
